The transformer box is composed of three parts: the high voltage chamber, the low voltage chamber, and the transformer. The Hua style structure of the transformer box is mainly used in the boost transformer box for new energy generation. The difference between the structure and the traditional transformer box is that the transformer part is placed outside the transformer box, effectively solving the heat dissipation problem of the transformer. The heat generated by the transformer body is quickly taken away by the natural climate. The transformer is closely connected to the transformer box through the side outlet, and the transformer box is divided into the high voltage chamber and the low voltage chamber through the partition in the transformer box. It is an ideal product for new energy power generation.

The Hua style box transformer uses one fuse per phase instead of the two fuses in the American style box transformer for protection. Its electrical characteristic is that when any one of the phase fuses is blown, the load switch will trip and cut off the power supply, and the main switch can only be closed after replacing the fuse. Install a 35kV load switch in the high-voltage room, which is equipped with upper isolation and fuse protection. At the same time, the load switch comes with a signal transmission node, which facilitates the monitoring of the operation of the load switch in the background. The low-voltage part is composed of an intelligent frame circuit breaker and a comprehensive measurement and control device. The measurement and control device can monitor the status of the switch and the operation of the transformer protection device in real time, and transmit it to the main control room through GPS for remote monitoring.
